Accessing the Global Settings

Navigate to top-right Settings menu .Select "Apps" in Jira SETTINGS dropdown list& click.
Click "Collaboration Champion" in the left sidebar of APPS.

Configuration Steps
1. Organization Setup
Enter your Organization ID.
Input the API Token for authentication.
Click "Validate" to ensure the credentials are correct and teams can be retrieved.

2. Team Selection
View a list of all teams in your organization.
Select which teams will participate in the gamification.
Option to include all teams or choose specific ones.

If changes don't appear immediately, try refreshing the Jira instancethe page with the shortcut Command/Ctrl + R.

Remember, changes made in the Admin Page Global Setting will affect all users of Collaboration Champion across your Jira Confluence instance. Always communicate significant changes to your team before implementing them.
