Overview
The Global Page provides a comprehensive view of the gamification progress across your organization, featuring leaderboards and detailed statistics.
Accessing the Global Page
Log in to your Jira account.
Look for the "Collaboration Champion" icon in the top navigation bar or app switcher.
Click on the icon to open the Global Page.
Features and Navigation
1. Dashboard Overview
Upon opening, you'll see a summary of your personal stats:
Current level and progress to the next level
Total points earned
Recent point-earning activities
2. Team Leaderboard
Displays all participating teams ranked by their average member points.
For each team, you'll see:
Team name and avatar
Current team level
Average points per member
Total team points
3. Individual Leaderboard
Shows top-performing individuals across all teams.
Each entry includes:
User name and avatar
Current level
Total points earned
Team affiliation
4. Leaderboard Filters
Filter options include:
Time range (e.g., This week, This month, All time)
Specific teams
Departments or project groups
5. Personal Progress Tracker
Detailed breakdown of your point-earning activities.
Visual representation of progress towards the next level.
History of level-ups and achievements.
6. Team Selector
Dropdown menu to switch between different team views.
Selecting a team shows that team's individual member rankings.
7. Achievement Showcase
Display of all available badges and levels.
Highlights which ones you've earned and those still to achieve.
8. Activity Feed
Real-time updates of point-earning activities across the organization.
Option to filter the feed by team or activity type.
Interacting with the Global Page
Click on user or team names to view detailed profiles.
Use the refresh button to update leaderboards manually.
Hover over badges or levels for more information about how to earn them.
Customization
Personalize your view by setting default filters or team views.
Option to receive notifications for significant leaderboard changes or personal achievements.
